Divination: Does it work? Would you use it? What do you think of those who do? Why?
I use divination as a form of guidance. I don’t believe it predicts the future, but instead, I believe that it helps show how your current path is heading. I look at forms of divination as an exercise in critical thinking. What does this show me about my current situation (or the situation in question)? How can I use this information to better my life?
I believe that divination works as well as the person divining it. Meaning: the more thought a person puts into their interpretation the better their divination will work. As previously mentioned, I use divination as a critical thought exercise. It shows me what I’m doing or could do differently about my life. I learned what steps might need to be taken to get what I want. Granted, I could do this on my own if I sat and thought about it long enough, but divination gives a prompt for you to work off of.
